Kelly is a Florida attorney who focuses her practice on family law. She is currently accepting new clients in Ocala, FL and the surrounding area.
Education and Experience
Kelly began her post secondary education at Troy State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She graduated from this institution in 1994. After completing her undergraduate degree, Kelly obtained her paralegal certification from the National Center for Paralegal Training. Kelly later enrolled at the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law. She earned her Juris Doctor from this institution in 2004.
Kelly became licensed to practice law in the state of Florida shortly after graduating from law school. She has been actively practicing law in Florida for 11 years. Early in her career, she gained experienced as a trial attorney while working for the Florida Department of Children and Families. In spring of 2007, Kelly went into private practice. In June 2008, Kelly opened her own family law practice.
Kelly holds active memberships in several associations and professional organizations, including Altrusa International Inc. of Ocala, Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, Inc., the Marion County Family Law Association, the Marion County Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. Kelly is also actively involved in church ministry.

Kelly can help you establish a child support order or request a modification to an existing order.
- Child Custody. – If you don’t currently live with your child’s other parent, Kelly can help you petition the court for custody or visitation rights. Kelly can also help you request modifications to any existing custody and visitation orders.
- Other Family Law. – Kelly can also help with other family law issues, such as paternity, domestic violence injunctions, prenuptial agreements and and step parent adoptions.
